CANOPIES:-

We have more than 10 years experience in design, fabrication and erection of Pre Fabricated Canopies for Petroleum Retail Outlet.  We have supplied to and are in the approved list of canopy fabricators of all the major petroleum marketing companies in India viz.: Indian Oil, Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum, Reliance etc.

Apart from the applicable 'dead load' and 'live load', our Canopies are designed and fabricated to withstand suitable wind load and seismic loads. All our canopies are designed and fabricated in full compliance with the relevant IS codes.

• We have successfully completed many orders for Design, Fabrication and Erection of Canopies for Petroleum Retail outlets of all the major petroleum-marketing companies in India (sample photos attached to this mail). 

• Apart from the suitable live loads and dead loads, our canopies are designed to withstand wind loads (as per IS 875) and seismic loads (as per IS 1893 – 2002). 

• Depending on the individual customer company’s requirements/ specifications, the canopies are usually of square/ rectangular shape with 10Mt. – 18 Mt. width (2 columns 8Mt. - 10Mt. apart plus 4 Mt. – 5Mt. Cantilever portion on both sides). And the canopy depth (i.e. perpendicular to road) can be of any length, but is usually divided into 6Mt. - 10Mt. long bays plus 4Mt. – 5Mt. Cantilever portion on ends. 

• Apart from the standard square/ rectangular type canopies (as described above) we can also undertake design & fabrication of canopies with different shapes, i.e. Canopies with single row of ‘Y’ shaped columns along centerline (fabricated for Reliance), circular arch type roof (fabricated for MRPL), ‘ L ’, ‘ I ’, and ‘ T ’ shaped canopies etc.
